Plant Administrator, Eco2 Management Services Limited (EMSL), Templeborough Biomass Power Plant

Eco2 Management Services Ltd (EMSL) are looking for a part time Plant Administrator on site at Templeborough Biomass Power Plant.

This important role provides coordination and administrative support to the EMSL team working on the project, acts a key liaison with the finance team, and contributes to KPI reporting.

  • A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer. The full-time salary for this role is £25,900 per annum, meaning that for 20 hours, the salary is expected to be around £14,000. We expect this role will be a 20 hour a week role, with the hours worked over 5 days. We can be flexible about how these hours are worked. We offer 25 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays, and the benefits package includes pension, life assurance, private healthcare and dental, eye care, employee discounts and savings scheme, and a contribution to your gym membership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project administration activities: this includes the checking of delivery records to ensure accurate billing and waste records can be prepared accurately.
  • Working closely with the finance team to place orders and process invoices.
  • Collation and checking of site KPI reports using Excel.
  • Arranging meetings, taking notes, and supporting the Site Management team with the distribution of meeting follow up materials, including meeting minutes.
  • Document management and taking the lead on site record keeping for audit purposes.
  • Other ad hoc duties in support of the EMSL team and company projects.

Who You Are:

You will:

  • Have some prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Be a confident user of Microsoft Office Suite, specific skills outlined below:
    • Proficiency in using MS Word, including styles, templates, formatting etc.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, able to prepare and use tables, manipulate pivot tables, and create charts.
    • Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint knowledge would also be helpful.
  • Be able to take minutes and/or notes in meetings, in such a way that meeting follow up, including minutes, are detailed, and produced quickly.
  • Have some prior experience of purchase order systems. If this experience was part of power station or waste management operations, this would be a bonus!
  • Be agile and flexible with your work to respond to site needs and support your team.
  • Be able to work with a high degree of autonomy and without the need for much supervision.
  • Possess a strong degree of self-organisation and an ability to prioritise tasks appropriately.
  • Be a confident communicator, who builds productive working relationships with your colleagues and suppliers via email, phone, and face to face.
  • Work with a high attention to detail and professionalism in their dealings with stakeholders.
